28 Days of Healthy Living: Day 12.

If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 28 days of aiming to be as health as I possibly can. I’m doing my best to eat better, exercise more frequently and for longer.

So food wasn’t great today, again, but I have a shinny new exercise bike.

Food: I had a McDonald’s for dinner today… that says it all really.

Exercise: Two 60 second planks, 100 sit ups, 100 push ups and one dog walk. I also did 40 minuets on my new exercise bike!

I am finding that I am much more motivated to exercise even when I’m tiered and have had a busy day; so maybe my 28 days is having an effect??

Promoting good mental health: I went to see my grandparents and it was lovely to see them so feeling very happy!

The unhealthy bit: the McDonald’s I ate at high speed.

Overall: exercise good: food not so good.
