If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. In this 28 days I’m aiming to be as health as I possibly can. Follow healthy habits and hopefully enforce them. I’m doing my best to eat better, exercise more frequently and for longer. When the 28 days are over I’m hoping they stick!
So food wasn’t great today, again, this seems to be a reoccurring trend. I’m finding it hard to prep lunch for work and eat healthily when I get in from a busy day.
Food: Toast for breakfast, porridge for lunch , so all well and good, then….. chocolate, pizza, a donut and ice cream! So frustrating.
Exercise: Dog Walk. (I know not a lot!)
Promoting good mental health: a relaxing evening after dog training : which I definitely needed.
The unhealthy bit: guess !
Overall: it’s getting difficult to stick to the plan! Try again tomorrow I suppose.
