28 Days of Healthy Living: Day 16

If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 4 weeks. In this 28 days I’m going to be as health as I can (I hope). I’m going to follow much healthier habits and hopefully have enforce them by the time my 28 days are up. I’m going to eat better, healthier food, and hopefully less food, and to exercise more frequently. When the 28 days are over I’m hoping they stick! Why? I’ve been stuck in an unhealthy rut and because I want to run a marathon in October.

I did much better today! Yay!!

Food: Porridge for breakfast. Mini ham and cheese snack and then soup for lunch. Pasta and meatballs with garlic flat bread for dinner.

Exercise: 2 dog walks, 2.4 km run. 50 minuets on the bike, 70 second plank, 110 sit ups and 50 press ups. So quite a good day.

Promoting good mental health: I am pretty happy with myself being back on track!

The unhealthy bit: I didn’t really take any time to relax and had about 6 cups of coffee! The caffein overdoses the the best thing.

Overall: I had a really active day so I’m happy with that!
