28 Days of Healthy Living: Day 18

If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. In my 28 days I’m going to attempt to be as health as I can.

To follow much healthier habits; eat less and exercise more. Hopefully by repeating them every day for 4 weeks they will stick! I’ve been struggling to stay health lately and I want to run a marathon in October, to do this I need to be at my best.

Food: A piece of toast (the dog had the other piece) for breakfast. A flap jack and some past for lunch and portion of Sausage and chips. I had a chocolate pudding too (I’m literally the worst at eating healthily).

I’m finding it really really hard to stick to healthy eating because I just want to eat all the food in the world. I just don’t understand how people do it! I see food and I just want it. I think of ice cream and I’m at the freezer before I know it.

Exercise: 2 dog walks. 30 mins on the bike and 50 sit ups and press ups. 60 second plank.

It was meant to be a chilled day so I’m happy

Promoting good mental health: a relaxed evening, definitely needed.

The unhealthy bit: It wasn’t an awful day but a picture of health it was not!

Overall: It wasn’t too bad a day as I was aiming to take it easy but I wish I could control my eating.
