28 Days of Healthy Living: Day 19.

If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 28 days of trying to be as health as possible.

I’m aiming to follow much healthier habits by eating less and exercising more. Hopefully by repeating them every day I will have enforced them enough that they stick.

Food: half a bowl of porridge, a smallish portion on chicken curry and some jelly sweets.

I didn’t go crazy! This is important because my habit lately is to over eat.

Exercise: 2 dog walks. I’m feeling under the weather so lazy day it is! Some times you have to give yourself a break.

Promoting good mental health: I’m not feeling fantastic so not guilting myself for taking it easy.

The unhealthy bit: not an active day but it’s been a pretty active week so far.

Overall: not the best but I’ll let myself off.
