If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 4 weeks. And In that 4 weeks I’m aiming to be as health as possible.
This will mean eating less and exercising more. All this is because I’m hoping that by repeating these healthy habits I will have enforced them enough that they stick. I want to run a marathon this year and need be at my best!
Food: yoghurt, McDonald’s for dinner and some pudding this evening. I also had a few Percy pig sweets.
Exercise: again I was meant to run but I had found out my Nan was in hospital so we went to go see her; by the time we got home it was dark and cold. In all honesty it was much more important to see my Nan than run. When I got home we took the dog out ( my husband had taken him in the morning while I cleaned the house). I also did 46 mins on the bike, 50 sit ups and a 60 second plank.
Promoting good mental health: feeling a bit down and a bit rushed so time to relax.
The unhealthy bit: Food wasn’t the best but oh well!!
Overall: wasn’t the day I had planned but I did my best.
