If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 4 weeks. And In that 4 weeks I’m aiming to be as health as possible.
This will mean eating less and exercising more. All this is because I’m hoping that by repeating them every day I will have enforced them enough that they stick. I want to run a marathon this year and want to be at my best. I also want to live a slightly healthier lifestyle.
I was a lot more controlled with my eating today (at last)! Win.
Food: Toast for breakfast, yoghurt and a 250 calorie snack thing for lunch, 5 Percy pig sweets and for dinner chicken, peppers, peas, green beans with noodles. All in all not a bad food day.
Exercise: 2 dog walks, Mile and a half run ( would have been 3 but my earphones ran out of charge ), 60 second plank and 100 sit ups.
Promoting good mental health: I had a relaxing bath.
The unhealthy bit: not too bad day really … for once.
Overall: I wish I had gone for a longer run! But I’ve put them on to charge for tomorrow!
