28 Days of Healthy Living : Day 25

If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. Hopefully In that 4 weeks I’m going to be as health as possible. Follow health habits every day, all day.

This will mean eating less and exercising more. I’m hoping that by repeating these habits I will have enforced them enough that they stick. I’m hoping to run a marathon this year and want to be at my best when training.

Food: yoghurt for breakfast, cheesy chips for dinner and a snack of some jelly sweets.

Exercise: dog walk and 50 sit ups and 60 second plank. It’s a rest day today as had dog training this evening.

Promoting good mental health: we had a lovely time at dog training.

The unhealthy bit: not to bad a day to be honest. But I can seem to beat my sweet habit!!

Overall: rest days are always needed.
