28 Days of Healthy Living: Day 26

If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 4 weeks to make a habit out of healthier eating and more exercise. I’m going to try and follow these health habits every day, all day.

This will mean hopefully eating less and exercising more. My hope is that by repeating these habits I will have enforced them enough that they stick. I’m hoping to run a marathon this year and want to be at my best when training.

Food: cereal for breakfast, a chocolate bar and wrap for lunch and then a dinner of pasta and chicken.

Exercise: 2 dog walks and a 5.6 km run. The run felt really good so I was pretty happy with that.

Promoting good mental health: I had an early night. Although I was woken up periodically by all manner of things. So half good really.

The unhealthy bit: chocolate bars aren’t great for you!

Overall: not bad the run was good wish I had done a little longer but was pressed for time.
