If it takes a minimum of 21 days to make a habit I’m giving myself 28 days. 4 weeks. In these 4 weeks I’m aiming to make a habit out of healthier living. I’m going to try and follow healthy habits every day, all day. This will mean eating less and exercising more. My hope is that by repeating these habits I will have enforced them enough that they stick. I’m hoping to run a marathon this year and want to be at my best when training.
Food: lunch was: half a packet of mini cheddars, some pasta and veg and low fat Greek yogurt. Dinner was beans on toast followed by a little bit of chocolate.
Exercise: dog walk.
Promoting good mental health: it’s a dog training day; duke did amazing so I’m feeling pretty happy and proud!
The unhealthy bit: chocolate bars aren’t great for you… but it was only a little bit!!
Overall: I drank loads of water and was on my feet all evening so not too awful.
