One of my husband’s favourite deserts is cheese cake. But I’ve always been too worried about trying to make a cheese cake because of getting it to set. I thought I’d just go ahead and give it a go. Risk it for a biscuit.
I ended up throwing together three different recipes because I started one then realised I didn’t have everything. I moved on to another and then realised it was a bit too difficult so rounded it off with easier elements of a different recipe!
I did worry it wouldn’t set. Especially with my frankinstine approach So I was quite surprised when it did! It tasted nice but the baileys was abit strong. I think I’ll stick to lemon cheese cake especially as I now know it’s easy to do.
