I’ve always liked the idea of cooking with something I’ve grown. I love the look of fresh herbs, they always look so green and healthy. But I’m not particularly green fingered which is what’s always put me off attempting it!
However after discarding some mint cuttings from a plant I had in the kitchen in the garden, I was suppressed to see a massive mint plant grow. Which spurred me into planting some more; I have basil, rosemary, coriander and mint. All growing nicely. And currently looking quite healthy.
It’s starting to look quite impressive if I say so myself.
